We offer Flat Fee packages of legal documents for midwives, doulas, group practices, and birth centers. We also offer ongoing General Counsel services for a monthly fee. We understand that every practice is unique. We customize our legal + document services to meet your specific needs.
Midwife Legal Protection Package
We will meet with you to understand your practice, your values, and your clients, and design an custom set of contracts and documents to minimize your legal risk.

We will meet with you to discuss your specific intentions for your work as a doula, your values, and your clients, and will create customized documentation to reflect your practice and to minimize your legal risk.

General Counsel Essential
This package offers access to a go-to lawyer who is responsive and budget-friendly.
Enjoy the peace of mind of knowing you have an attorney at your back to support and counsel you for any potential problem or legal challenge that may arise.
We will get to know your practice on a deeply personal level, so that we can provide personalized legal services responsive to any situation that may arise in your practice.
Price: Annual fee of $1980/year, payable at $165/month. The annual fee entitles you to up to five hours of on-demand legal services per year, and a 5% discount on our hourly fees for additional services.
General Counsel Executive
If your practice is navigating negotiations and agreements with collaborating physicians and hospitals, state agencies, and insurers, or if you work in a jurisdiction in which your profession isn’t fully integrated or understood, then the General Counsel Executive Package is for you.
We will serve as your general counsel, providing regular advice on the issues that arise in your practice, including contract review and preparation.
Price: Annual fee of $3775/year, payable at $315/month.
The annual fee entitles you to up to ten hours of legal services and a 10% discount on our hourly fees for additional services.
